RT-qPCR was used to quantify the expression levels of 16 CBL and 41 CIPK genes from quinoa leaves under drought stress. The data is an average of ± SE for three independent biological samples, and the vertical bar represents the standard deviation. All of the expression levels of the CqCIPK-CBL genes were normalized by the expression levels of CqTUB-9. Untreated leaves (0 h) were normalized as “1” in each graph. Different lowercase letters indicate a significant difference compared to the control (0 h) at p < 0.05, respectively
