The scale is shown on the outer arcs, with intervals of 20 kb. The repeat sequences in groups I and II are shown. The sequence name ‘GI-a-m’ indicates that this sequence belongs to Group I, repeat sequence ‘a’ in the mitogenome (‘m’). GI represent the group I. The letter in the middle represent the sequence identifier in the same group. The letter at the end indicates whether the sequence is a segment of the cpgenome or the mitogenome
