JEG-3 cells were infected with ZIKV African strain MR766 (MOI = 1) at 3 time points (3 h, 12 h, 24 h). The control samples were the corresponding cells without ZIKV infections. The two-tailed student’s t-test was used in the detection of the DEGs between corresponding infected cells and uninfected cells. Each experiment was repeated for 3 times
