For genes related to phytohormones, the GO category for biological processes was searched using hormone-related key words. For transcription factors, sequences from tomato and strawberry were retrieved from the Sol Genomics Network and NCBI, and their homologs in blueberry transcriptome were identified using BLAST analysis (tblastx function)
