The mitogenome assembly of Abies firma represents a draft assembly [61]. Mitogenome sizes are presented in Mbp (sizes of member species of the order Pinales highlighted in orange, and of other gymnosperms in blue). For the taxonomy-based tree generated using phyloT v2 [65], bootstrap scores cannot be provided. The CDS-based tree was created using the UPGMA-method based on an alignment of CDS of 17 genes.
