Ionotropic receptors phylogenetic tree. The maximum-likelihood tree was constructed using IQ-Tree and support values are shown for branches with both aLRT-SH and UFBoot values. Down and up-regulated transcripts after blood ingestion are marked with blue and red circles in the tree, respectively. The tree was rooted using the NMDA receptor sequences. The clade with the Ir75 subfamily is highlighted in green. Drosophila melanogaster sequences were obtained from Croset et al. (2010) [51]. Aluc—Apolygus lucorum, Clec—Cimex lectularius, Dmel—Drosophila melanogaster, Hhal—Halyomorpha halys, Ofas—Oncopeltus fasciatus, Rpro - Rhodnius prolixus,  and Tinf—Triatoma infestans. Sequences with TRINITY IDs belong to T. infestans
