Expression pattern of ffar1 and ffar2 transcripts during development. Relative gene expression measured by RT-PCR of ffar genes family (ffar1, ffar2a1, ffar2a2, ffar2b1.1 ffar2b1.2, ffar2b2a, ffar2b2b1, ffar2b2b2) during ontogenesis. Embryos were sampled according to Vernier (1969) at stages oocyte (0), 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 22 and 23, avelin (31). For all stages, gene expression level was normalized by the abundance of exogenous luciferase RNA. Data are expressed as means ± s.e.m. (N = 3 pools of embryos, one pool of 30 embryos per spawn). Different letters indicate significant differences between conditions (P < 0.05)
