The contribution of different gene sets to mouse retinal lncRNA identification. The lncRNA genes (A) and transcripts (B) derived from lncRNA-seq, iso-seq, and genome annotation were compared to the final collection of mouse retinal lncRNAs. The genes were counted as overlapping if they were encoded by overlapping genomic regions and transcribed from the same strand. In contrast, the transcripts were counted as overlapping when they showed the same exon-intron structures
