Experimental design. Nonhuman primates were exposed to either total-body radiation (TBI) or partial-body radiation (PBI). They were compared to Controls to identify differentially regulated genes associated with radiation exposure. TBI or PBI NHPs were also treated with gamma-tocotrienol (GT3) or vehicle 24 h before radiation. Jejunum tissue for RNA-seq analysis was collected at Day 4 and Day 7 post-exposure
