Comparative analysis of cadmium sensitivity data. Comparison and visualization of cadmium sensitivity data from this work and other studies [33, 61, 74]. Hierarchical cluster analysis of mutants that were scored as Cd sensitive and of the functional categories (according to FunCats (MIPS)) in the corresponding data sets that were significantly (p-value < 0.005) enriched for Cd sensitive mutants in at least one of the studies. Parent terms are in capitals, child terms in lower case letters. The colour indicates the fold enrichment of genes within individual categories.
