The gene from locus chr09-II overlaps a putative Pol II gene (Tb09.160.1080, dotted blue box), annotated as hypothetical protein (unlikely). Also, the tRNA-Gly from locus chr09-I overlaps a putative Pol II gene (Tb09.211.4080, dotted blue box), annotated as hypothetical protein (unlikely). The U5 snRNA gene (locus chr10-II) also overlaps a Pol II gene (Tb10.6k15.2990, sequence orphan), but located on the opposite strand.
