In the histogram the average log2 fold change is shown for 6 different genes, in response to the high effect concentration of phenanthrene (45.80 mg kg-1 soil). The genes used are from left to right: Fcc00508 (C-type lectin), Fcc00734 (UDP-glucosyltransferase), Fcc02784 (short-chain dehydrogenase), Fcc03650 (cytochrome P450), Fcc05793 (heat shock protein), and Fcc05973 (glutathione S-transferase). Error bars indicate standard errors.
