PC2 stresses differences between oligodendrogliomas (O) and other gliomas and is linked to the modifications of the genomic status of genes located on 1p and 19q. This highlights that oligodendrogliomas could be associated with a specific allelic alterations of chromosomes 1 (short arm) and 19 (long arm).
