The 3D representation is obtained by projecting the data submatrix onto its 3 principal components i.e. the components of maximum variance. Red squares, from 1H to 9H, represent the cell lines in hypoxic status and the blue circles, from 1N to 9N the corresponding cell lines in normoxia.
