A triangle at both ends of the line indicated that both ends of the BAC clone were sequenced, while a triangle at one end indicates that BES is only present at that end. The clones prefixed with "DH" and "DB" were from B. distachyon Hin dIII and Bam HI BAC libraries, respectively.
