  1. The Top 1% of the CREB HaloCHIP-chip promoters (277) was analyzed using Gene Ontology (GO) and the different categories in terms of cellular function of promoters within the Top1%. Also shown is the number of CREB HaloCHIP-chip promoters found as compared to the number of known human promoters within each category and the corresponding p-value calculated by GO.
