P1 - P3 are the products amplified using the primer pairs 1* – 3* and P4, P5 are the products amplified with the primers 4, 5 with genomic DNA template; while P6, P7 are the products amplified using the primers 2* with P4 and P5 as templates, respectively. M1: 1 Kb DNA Ladder marker 10000, 8000, 7000, 6000, 5000, 4000, 3000, 2000 and 1000 bp; M2: D2000 marker 2000, 1 000, 750, 500, 250 and 100 bp.
