Table 1 Overall path statistics on pathways. The table shows the top-ranked pathways from the NCI PID database [12] when sorting paths by the maximum number of non-targeted paths that also contain siRNA genes after applying a filter to only include pathways with alternative paths that contain at least one HIV-1 target, at least one drug target and at least one si-RNA target.
