  2. The serum markers of liver injury, such as ALT, AST, STB and LDH, increased with time after ConA injection. Compared with normal control, ALT and STB increased at 1 h by 1.7-fold and 1.8-fold respectively, and ALT, AST, STB and LDH level at 6 h increased by 27.9-fold, 9.0-fold, 2.4-fold and 4.2-fold, respectively.
