Neuro2a cells were treated with or without 0.1 μM Tg for 4 or 8 h. Total RNA was isolated from each cells and subjected to identify Tg-inducible genes using microarray analysis as described in methods. Representative genes are shown as ratio (Tg-treated cells/control cells).
