Names of the mapped clones are color-coded based on the mouse orthologous mouse chromosome, which is indicated by the color key at the bottom of the figure. Vertical lines indicate pairs of clones for which the relative position on the chromosome could not be resolved. Note that the chromosome numbering follows the prairie vole karyotype reported in [27].
