In black are represented autosomal probes and X-linked genes are in red; the diagonal (in grey) lies at the intersection of points where median expression is equal between groups. The most noticeable X-linked outlier corresponds to Xist. A- Brain, B- Muscle, C- Liver, D- Kidney.
