Simple circular representations indicate the correct size scale for megaplasmid pBRH01 and plasmid pBRH02. The chromosome exhibits a smooth GC-skew pattern, whose origin is located some 50 kb upstream of the dna A gene. The observed shift is presumably due to a insertion of a prophage next to the origin of replication.
