  1. The list includes the adipocyte genes that change with age in bone marrow adipocytes. The set of regulated genes was selected on the basis of their expression in adipose according to the IPA knowledge-base. For each gene, the fold change value in gene expression was calculated between mean values in bone marrow adipocytes from mice. The 14-month (14M) and 18-month-old (18M) were compared to 6-month-old. The significance of differences was measured by two-way ANOVA.
