  1. Significantly (p < 0.01) over-represented GO terms (Molecular Function) in the proteins possessing PB motif WITH the amino acids shown in Figure 4 are identified by web-based tool PIPE2. The identified GO terms are indicated in the 'GO term' column. The number of genes categorized in the GO terms among the proteins possessing PB motifs is indicated in the 'hit' column. The extent of statistical significance is indicated in the 'p-value' column. Although significantly over-represented GO terms were not detected in the proteins possessing PB motifs WITHOUT the amino acids shown in Figure 4, the number of genes and their p-values are also shown in the right side ('WITHOUT AAs' column) for comparison.
