Figures 9A, 9B, and 9C give the distribution of correlations using N. crassa A (NcA) as the reference for the average sequence divergence shown. Figures 9D, 9E, and 9F use N. tetrasperma (tet) as the reference taxa. Figures 9G, 9H, and 9I represent reference taxon N. discreta (disc). The average correlation for each set replicates is shown with each distribution.
