Results from K -means cluster analysis. Genes were divided into 12 clusters using a K-means cluster analysis algorithm, which distinguishes sets of genes with similar expression profiles with respect to time. Relative expression levels (log2 ratio) for each gene and the average expression values (magenta line) are shown at different time points (0.25-4d, 5-8d and 9-14d) compared to control conditions.
