  1. The number of T-cell stimulating sequences involved in CD (9 mer epitope cores) found in a set of 717 γ-gliadin transcripts from T. aestivum (genome ABD) attributed to respectively Gli-A1 (topology group 6 and 7), Gli-B1 (topology group 3, 5, and 8) and Gli-D1 (topology group 9 and10). The sequence topology was obtained by Neighbor joining analysis (see Figure 2). The frequency of T-cell epitopes in γ- gliadin transcripts (Nepitopes/Ntranscripts) is calculated.
