The distribution of all 1227 cDNA sequences is shown on the top panel with dark blue (lower) denoting the subset of known cDNA sequences and light blue (upper) denoting the subset of novel cDNA sequences. The distribution of all 1227 protein sequences is shown on the bottom panel with purple (lower) representing the subset of known protein sequences and magenta (upper) indicating the subset of novel protein sequences. Sequence counts are by interval of size 100.
