Metabolite based prediction of the malignancy of 369 tissues. 91 classifiers are constructed from the 20 most discriminatory metabolites that are shown in Figure4. The bars show the results of an equal voting of the 91 classifiers. A majority decision predicts the malignancy with high accuracy (sensitivity = 97.0%, specificity = 93.9%).
