Tissues assayed included cuticle (CU), Malpighian tubules (MT), and midgut (MG). Tissues samples of pesticide susceptible strains were taken as calibrator to calculate fold change. (B) qRT-PCR analysis of CYP397A1V2 (black bars) and CYP6A13 (grey bars) in C. lectularius early instar nymphs, late instar nymphs and adults. The pesticide susceptible strains were taken as calibrator to calculate fold change. A C. lectularius-specific RPL-18 was used as an internal control. Standard error of the mean of three biological replicates and two technical replicates (within each biological replicate) is represented by the error bars.
