  1. * Overrepresented transcription factor binding sites were found in genes obtained from H9C2 cells induced with CBHA and TSA at different time points using CORE_TF. Differential expression of genes was considered to obtain the genes with 2 fold change.
  2. * Experimental promoters hit shows the number of genes which have that TFBS in their promoter region, from the total number of genes scanned.
  3. * One-tailed Mann–Whitney rank sum p value.
  4. * Multiple testing corrected false discovery rate (FDR) q value, here q value <0.01.
