CUSUM-based boundary refinement. This figure illustrates the CUSUM-based approach to boundary refinement applied to the LRR values in a large amplification event. The two peaks of the CUSUM plots denote the change-points (boundaries) of the region. The optimized k value allows for similar slopes on either side of the detected boundaries (max S n ).
