Their expression gradually increased from germinating cotyledons stage 1 to stage 4. The highest level of expression is found at stage 4. Then it gradually decreased as the germinating cotyledons are advanced to the subsequent stages. RNA-Seq data has been normalized to reads per kilobase of gene model per million mapped reads (RPKM) values and we have made two replicates of each stage.Back to article page
