Circos plots of base modifications. The PacBio-only assembly was fed into SMRTAnalysis 1.4 and base modifications were called. In each figure, the assembled contigs are plotted as the inner grey bars. On either side of these grey contigs, the short lines indicate motif positions in the genome (the plus sense and minus sense are plotted).
