Phylogenetic analysis of GH 5 cellulases detected in the Coleoptera. Unrooted maximum likelihood tree for insect, bacterial, and nematode derived GH 5 family proteins was constructed with Garli (version 2.0) using the WAG [91] + I + F + G evolutionary model (n =500 bootstrap replicates). Fully resolved bootstrap consensus trees were compiled using Sum Trees (version 3.3.1) and bootstrap values > 50 are displayed. Nodes are annotated with NCBI protein database accession numbers. Scale bar represents branch lengths.
