  1. *This study defined the hub gene significance (HGS) by integrating WGCNA and elastic-net analysis, estimating the gene significance (GS), scaled connectivity (K) and frequency (f). Only genes present in GS > 0.2, K > 0.2 and f > 750 were selected as ECs-specific hub genes.
