Overview on qRT PCR analysis of blr1 , blr2 , env1 , gnb1 , gng1 , phlp1 , gna1 and gna3 in strains with alterations of these genes. Hierarchical cluster analysis was performed to evaluate similar regulation patterns of genes in the different mutants. Data for the strains GNA1QLE and GNA3QLE, which express constitutively activated versions of the respective G-protein alpha subunits and lack the env1 open reading frame were taken from [25] in order to provide a complete picture.
