Genomic phenotyping with CG-1521. Panel A. Representative YPD agar plates. 4852 yeast gene deletion strains, arrayed on 96 well plates, were tested for sensitivity and resistance to CG-1521. Strains, grown to stationary phase, were spotted on agar plates containing the indicated concentrations of CG-1521. Plates were imaged after 60 h. The BY4741 wild-type strain (red) and the CG-1521-sensitive strain spt3Δ (yellow) were spotted on each plate as controls. Panel B. Examples of strains displaying sensitivity or resistance to CG-1521. Images of wild-type, swi3Δ, vma6Δ, bre5Δ, atg17Δ, cys3Δ and med1Δ were compiled to show varying degrees of sensitivity or resistance to CG-1521.
