Phylogenetic tree generated for the FixABC concatenated amino acid sequences proteins from the analysed Burkholderia species and some Rhizobiales species. The sequences were aligned and submitted to the MEGA5 program, using the maximum likelihood method and WAG + G model, with 5 rate categories. All positions showing less than 95% site coverage were eliminated. Bootstrap values were based on 1000 replicates. Cupriavidus taiwanensis was used as an outgroup.
