The vertical and horizontal axes show the numbers of alternative allele calls for each platform. The color bar indicates the number of SNPs in a pixel. There were 12 individual samples, so the maximum number of alternative alleles is 24. The digits with arrows near the corner indicate the numbers of SNPs at the corner pixels.
