NanoCAGE analyses unveil atypical expression of OR genes. a) Validation of OR gene expression in mouse midbrain. MB was dissected from C57Bl/6 mouse and total RNA extracted and used for non-quantitative PCR. Primers were designed to specifically amplify selected ORs, as shown.
