Genes on the forward and reverse strands (green); pseudogenes (grey blocks); GC% (black above mean and grey below mean); GC skew (mustard above mean and purple below mean) are illustrated for each replicon. Genes encoded by the plasmid backbone of pCTN1046 are also green, the genes present on the integrated conjugative transposon Tn6224 are represented as follows: conjugative transfer (pink), accessory genes (turquoise), transcriptional regulation (dark blue) and recombination (yellow).
