Expression profiles of the BrGRF (A) and BrGIF (B) genes in organs/tissues of Chinese cabbage. Samples were collected from roots (R), stems (S), expanded rossete leaves (ERL), young folding leaves (YFL) beginning to fold at the early folding stage (about 24–25 leaves), buds (B), blooming flowers (BF), and immature siliques (IS) 15 d after fertilization. The analysis was carried out by RT-qPCR.
