  1. The average number of changes detected by MAS5 per comparison between 2 GeneChipsĀ® (among probe sets called present in the baseline sample). Comparisons were made between samples from the same animal in two different RNA sample size groups to measure technical variation. "Total" is the number of changes regardless of magnitude; "ā‰„ 2-fold" is the number of probe sets with changes of 2-fold or more. "Marginal Increases" and "Marginal Decreases" are included.
