  3. (c) The average ratio of both slides is calculated by as follows: (XB22A Rep 1 intensity + XB22A Rep2 intensity) / (37609 Rep 1 intensity + 37609 Rep 2 intensity)
  4. (d) The matches for all of the functional annotations were to soybean (Glycine max) sequences except for the ribonucleoprotein homolog which was to Arabidopsis thaliana.
