Each histogram shows the frequency distribution of V H gene segments, D segments, J H segments, and VDJ H combinations. More peaked distributions indicate that the repertoire is V H , D, J H , or VDJ H restricted. For example, the S. pneumoniae ser. 6B repertoire is 80% restricted to J H gene segment J H 4.
