MCR analysis results of cDNA microarray exhibiting contamination fluorescence. Fluorescence of all species was excited simultaneously in a single scan with 532 nm laser. (a) MCR extracted pure component spectra representing glass, Cy3, Cy5 and a contaminant. Inset shows ~30000 raw spectra in the image data cube used to determine the pure component spectra. (b) Extracted concentration maps corresponding to each of the pure component species in Fig. 2a.
