Average measurement of the Universal Reference RNA on the U133A array relative to the U133 Plus array for those probesets exhibiting different measurements on the two arrays. The probesets plotted were those in which the p-value was less than 0.01 when all 17 U133A arrays were compared to the 17 U133 Plus arrays. The average of the 17 arrays in one group is plotted against the average of the 17 arrays in the other group.
