The BTA9 upper and lower seqments represent the major and minor ULBP clusters, respectively. Cattle BAC contig sizes and gene positions are found in Tables 1-3. The upper and lower chromosomal segments from HSA6q depict sequence positions 147,566–148,013 Kbp and 150,302–150,482 Kbp [NCBI Build 35], respectively. The HSA12 chromosomal segment represents positions 103,013–103,034 Kbp [NCBI Build 35].
